Beyond the easygoing manner and matter-of-fact approach Charles brings to trainings in the Field, lies the organization and logical approach to business he first learned in the financial services field. To the Baers, there’s no substitute for effective planning, preparation and execution of clearly defined goals, and that will become apparent in their presentation. Recently selected as Dream Team 2005 members, Charles and Peggy will bring their field development skills in Eastern North Carolina and South Carolina. | | Daniel and Terri Whited, Directors, Motives® Dream Team 2005 Members Daniel and Terri White are not ones to beat about the bush when discussing UnFranchise business success. With characteristic directness and humor they maintain that you must take control of your own destiny and function as a leader. “You’ll either be an owner or you’ll be owned,” says Daniel Whited, “you must take ownership of what you’ve got.” This means taking control of the recruiting process by only sponsoring quality prospects and ensuring that they become activated. Due to their superb recruiting and motivational techniques, they recently were selected to the new Motives Dream Team.
